Last week saw online reports that Hon Nana Akomea had expressed embarrassment at the hardships in Ghana today. This report was also shared by a lot of NDC communicators on various social media platforms.

But last Friday, 1 July 2022 on the flagship Metro TV's Good Morning Ghana programme, the host Dr Randy Abbey and hon Okudzeto Ablakwa took turns to expose the slanted reports.

The two took turns to state the issue under discussion on which hon Akomea expressed embarrassment was about unfulfilled campaign promises by politicians and political parties and not about economic hardships.
